Multiple login attempts in WordPress, FTP or email can get your IP temporary or permanently blocked.
Step-by-step guide
First make sure you are indeed blocked by the server. You can check this as follows:
- Make sure other websites can be reached, to make sure your internet connection works well
- Try to reach the site from another IP address, for example by using your phone (with wifi disabled)
- If you can reach the site from your phone it means your IP was blocked
- Please submit your request to our help desk and we'll get you unblocked asap
